Shipping

We aim to process orders within one business day. If you are shipping to outside of the EU, additional duties and taxes may apply. Please note that these vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. Any import or tax will be invoiced to you directly by the carrier. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs are prior to purchase.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are willing to provide an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. Please e-mail us at  customercare@officinefeminine.com if you wish to return your purchase. Items must be returned to us unused, in the original condition and with all tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back. Please note that once your parcel arrives at our warehouse it can take up to 14 days for you to receive your refund.

It is the customer's responsibility to pay the return postage including all tax and duties that are applicable. We recommend that you gain proof of postage for your returned item, as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.

Customers must clearly mark their return packages “Return Goods” with a domestic value of $0.00, as your returned items are not applicable for Duties. Please ensure you mark your parcel with $0.00, otherwise Officine Feminine will be charged custom duty, VAT and a clearance fee on your returned order. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
